As your coach, I will work with you to assess your current relationship situation and create a customized plan to help you achieve your relationship goals. Here are some other things you can expect from me:

Self Exploration Exercises

We'll work together to uncover your values, beliefs, and expectations about relationships, so you can better understand your own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and how they affect your relationship.

I will guide you through techniques to build intimacy with your partner, including learning how to express vulnerability, increase physical intimacy, and develop a deeper emotional connection.

Effective Communication Techniques

I will help you learn effective communication techniques to improve the way you communicate with your partner. You will learn how to express your thoughts and feelings in a way that is clear, respectful, and non-confrontational.

Changing Negative Patterns

Together, we will identify negative patterns that may be contributing to relationship problems, and develop strategies to break those patterns and establish healthier ones.

I understand that past traumas can impact our ability to form healthy relationships. My emotional healing techniques are designed to help you identify and heal from any past traumas or negative experiences, allowing you to develop a more positive and healthy approach to relationships.
